The same rules as a voucher bought by the person
Two attempts
Each voucher covers the exam and one retake, available 7 days after an attempt that did not pass.
The whole exam
The practical part of CFX and MFX, and the written report and clarifications of FRET, are part of the same voucher.
A credential in their name
The certificate belongs to the person, is valid for 5 years and has a public verification page and an Open Badge.
12 months to use it
A voucher is valid for 12 months from payment. Until someone redeems it, you can reassign it.
Questions from companies
Does each person need an IDFE account?
Yes. The voucher is redeemed by the person who will take the exam, so the certificate carries their name. Creating an account is free and takes a minute.
What can we see about our people's results?
Whether the voucher was used and whether the person passed. Scores and answers stay private. People agree to share this with your company when they redeem the voucher.
Can we move a voucher to someone else?
Yes, as long as nobody has redeemed it. Once redeemed, it belongs to that person.
Can a voucher be used for any certification?
No. Each voucher is for one certification, chosen when you order.
Must people pass DFF before CFX, MFX or FRET?
No. Every exam is independent: anyone can take any of them, in any order. The site only suggests a path: DFF, then CFX or MFX, then FRET.
Do you offer refunds?
Unused vouchers can be refunded within 14 days of payment. Redeemed vouchers cannot.
